These are truly luxurious and spacious Penthouses with cathedral ceilings and light infused skylights, inspiring views from private roof deck, warm and stylish eclectic mix of modern meets exotic furnishings, hardwood floors, exposed brick and gorgeous tapestry wall hangings, marble bathroom, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Relax and feel at peace (shanti) amidst the bustle of NYC in your own trendy East Village romantic retreat.

This Penthouses (about 800sqf) have a beautiful queen bed and queen sleeper sofa in the living area to comfortable sleep four guests (roll-out futon provided for a 5th guest). For your entertainment these units include an HD flat screen cable tv, cd/dvd players and ipod dock. The Penthouses is fully air-conditioned in the Summer and completely heated in the Winter. We have 3 identical Penthouses on the sixth floor - walk-up building.

Rate/Terms:

- Rates start at $319/night but we are running a $299/night Summer Special.
- There is a discounted nightly rate for reservations of 10 nights or more.
- The limit per apartment is 4 (extra bedding provided for a 5th guest for $10/night extra).
- A fee of $100 for cleaning, utilities, and administration will be added to your total.
- A 40% deposit is required to make a reservation.
- Two-week cancellation notice is needed for a refund minus a cancellation fee.
- Deposits are submitted via our homepage (only Visa/Mastercard accepted).
- Check-in starts at 3:00pm and check-out time is at 11:00am
- Bags can be stored in the Lobby on the day of check-in or check-out.
