Exposed-brick walls and hardwood floors coupled with the art work and light fixtures give the apartment an air of contemporary design and taste. These beautiful and cozy apartments (about 650sqf) have two queen-size beds (one in the bedroom and one in the living room - studio style) divided by beautiful double/sliding doors (a roll-out futon & bedding gear can be facilitated for a 5th guest).

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking although most guests prefer to enjoy the local cuisine. The bathroom is set up with towels and toiletries. These apartments are fully air-conditioned in the Summer and completely heated in the Winter. Extra linens and towels are provided upon request. Since most travelers come to the New York City to spend most of the day out, these apartments do not have TV's. Wireless high speed internet included. We have 11 identical apartments on all six floors (walk-up building).

Rates & Terms:

- Rates start at $269/night but we are running a $249/night Summer/Fall Special.
- There is discounted nightly rate for reservations of 10 days or more.
- The limit per apartment is 4 (extra bedding provided for a 5th guest for $10/night extra).
- A fee of $100 for cleaning, utilities, and administration will be added to the total.
- A 40% deposit is required to make a reservation.
- Two-week cancellation notice is needed for a refund minus a cancellation fee.
- Deposits are submitted via our homepage (only Visa/Mastercard accepted).
- Check-in starts at 3:00pm and check-out time is at 11:00am
- Bags can be stored in the Lobby on the day of check-in or check-out.
