Sleek, natural comfort with furnishings that inspire the spirit plus east meets west fusion ambiance lend to an oasis-like feel for your work and play at this cozy East Village hideaway. Hardwood floors and handy kitchen, including, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, truly give this suite a home away from home feel (some have washer/dryer).

These units (about 700sqf) have entertainment sets including a flat screen HD cable tv, cd/dvd player and ipod dock; wireless high speed internet included. The suites have a queen bed and queen sleeper sofa in the living area to easily sleep up to four guest comfortably. Additional bedding (roll-out futon) can be facilitated for a 5th guest. All the suites are fully air-conditioned in the Summer and centrally heated in the Winter. We have 5 identical suites on floor level 2,4,6 - walk-up building.

Rate/Terms:

- Rates start at $289/night but we are running a $269/night Summer Special.
- There is a discounted nightly rate for reservations of 10 days or more.

- The limit per apartment is 4 (extra bedding provided for a 5th guest for $10/night extra).

- A fee of $100 for cleaning, utilities, and administration will be added to your total.

- A 40% deposit is required to make a reservation.

- Two-week cancellation notice is needed for a refund minus a cancellation fee.

- Deposits are submitted via our homepage (only Visa/Mastercard accepted).

- Check-in starts at 3:00pm and check-out time is at 11:00am
- Bags can be stored in the Lobby on the day of check-in or check-out.
