Divinity Loft
The exposed-brick walls and hardwood floors coupled with the art work and light fixtures give the apartment an air of contemporary design and taste. This spacious ground floor Loft has one queen-size bunk-bed in the main dormitory, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room and another queen futon in the small loft area leading up from the living area (this unit is ideal for groups of up to 7 guests). The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking although most guests prefer to enjoy the local cuisine. The bathroom is set up with towels and toiletries.
This Loft (about 800sqf) is fully air-conditioned in the Summer and completely heated in the Winter. Extra linens and towels are provided upon request. Since most travelers come to the New York City to spend most of the day out, this apartment does not have a TV. This unit is located at street level.

Rate/Terms:
- Rates start at $319/night but we are running a $299/night Summer Special.
- There is a discounted nightly rate for reservations of 10 days or more.

- The limit per apartment is 4 (extra bedding provided for a 5th guest for $10/night extra).
- A fee of $100 for cleaning, utilities, and administration will be added to your total.
- A 40% deposit is required to make a reservation.
- Two-week cancellation notice is needed for a refund minus a cancellation fee.

- Check-in starts at 3:00pm and check-out time is at 11:00am
